So patient in explaining many many MANY questions and optimized the settings on our water softener for our situation. The tech's name is Jace. His customer service is A1. He's friendly, helpful and just a gem the company should acknowledge. Also, we've had the softener for 6 years and this is the first service call which was a worn seal so 5 stars for the unit as well. Tip of the day: if you have a slow water leak and can't figure out the cause, try turning off your water softener and if it stops, then the seal needs to be replaced.
