What Gilbert Homeowners Say

Reviews from your neighbors in Gilbert

Troy our technician kept us updated as to his schedule and showed up early to our installation. He was very friendly, courteous and efficient. After he was done with the installation, he spent time with us to discuss the details of our water softener and how to maintain it. He answered all of our questions we had for him. Installation was completed in the time that we were told it would take.

I have used Clear Water Concepts for my water softener, whole house filter, and pressure regulator. All work is top notch. Troy Greenwood was my latest technician. Great work.

Technician Ted Rhude was early to the appt and was extremely thorough in his work and explained how the products worked and efficiency. His work was meticulous and he made sure there were no leaks on both products. He installed a NEW Olympus 32k water softener as well as a ThirstPURE RO Reverse Osmosis system with FlowLok leak prevention as well as new faucet. Warranty on softener 10 years parts and labor, better than most. Gilbert Seville neighbors, highly recommend this company and Ted Rhude. Very happy with the results and service!

Our watersoftner started to leak this morning, fortunately, it is still covered under warranty. I called the office, and they responded promptly by sending out Zackary to exchange a new tank, quick and efficient. Update - After the leak was fixed, for some reason, the filtration material (mainly carbon I think) was mixed into the output water. So the next few days over Valentine’s weekend, we have dark gray/black water. Scheduled another appointment on Tuesday, the tech couldn’t make it, the office called ahead and rescheduled on Wednesday. Hunter took apart the unit and reinstalled all the filtration parts, basically rebuilt the unit, now it runs like new. Problem solved and we have soft water now.

Clear Water Concepts installed our water softener/whole house filtration system and RO system a couple years ago. We're very happy with both. I especially appreciate the company's excellent customer service--during visits and on the phone. I've called a few times with some questions about the systems and they've always been gracious and helpful. We always have them come out to change our RO filters and check our softener each year. Today Ari came out for our annual service and did an excellent job. He explained a bunch of things that I didn't know about these systems -- so interesting! He's very thorough and super nice. So glad we found this company.

Clear Water Concepts replaced my soft water system in December. They replaced an old one where the 10 year warranty expired. Because all the connected plumbing was already in place, the replacement took less than an hour. Zach did all the work and gave me instructions on how to manage the system. The big takeaway was to use only crystal salts, and to not use the pellet salts. Why? If the pellet salts are mixed with the crystal salts, the adhesive in the pellet salts can cause all the salts to stick together and screw everything up. Thank you very much, Clear Concepts and Zach, for your professional install and support.

I am so thankful my friend referred me to Clear Water Concepts. A few years ago I had Clear Water replace my RO system and water softener. The systems are excellent. The RO system is far better than the system I previously had. I have continued to have them service the systems each year. Hunter Matheny just replaced the filters on my RO system and he did a great job. I have consistently found that their work is superior and their prices are fair. Bonus, I like supporting family owned and operated businesses.
