“Our watersoftner started to leak this morning, fortunately, it is still covered under warranty. I called the office, and they responded promptly by sending out Zackary to exchange a new tank, quick and efficient. Update - After the leak was fixed, for some reason, the filtration material (mainly carbon I think) was mixed into the output water. So the next few days over Valentine’s weekend, we have dark gray/black water. Scheduled another appointment on Tuesday, the tech couldn’t make it, the office called ahead and rescheduled on Wednesday. Hunter took apart the unit and reinstalled all the filtration parts, basically rebuilt the unit, now it runs like new. Problem solved and we have soft water now.”
