I used Clear Water Concepts for a water softener install 4 years ago. I had a high (Gilbert) water usage bill, and Franz was able to help troubleshoot, isolate and identify the issue over the phone. He fit me in same day and replaced the warrantied part at no charge, and tested and reset my system while he was here. Great knowledge, experience and customer service. Thanks!

Troy our technician kept us updated as to his schedule and showed up early to our installation. He was very friendly, courteous and efficient. After he was done with the installation, he spent time with us to discuss the details of our water softener and how to maintain it. He answered all of our questions we had for him. Installation was completed in the time that we were told it would take.

Technician Ted Rhude was early to the appt and was extremely thorough in his work and explained how the products worked and efficiency. His work was meticulous and he made sure there were no leaks on both products. He installed a NEW Olympus 32k water softener as well as a ThirstPURE RO Reverse Osmosis system with FlowLok leak prevention as well as new faucet. Warranty on softener 10 years parts and labor, better than most. Gilbert Seville neighbors, highly recommend this company and Ted Rhude. Very happy with the results and service!

Our watersoftner started to leak this morning, fortunately, it is still covered under warranty. I called the office, and they responded promptly by sending out Zackary to exchange a new tank, quick and efficient. Update - After the leak was fixed, for some reason, the filtration material (mainly carbon I think) was mixed into the output water. So the next few days over Valentine’s weekend, we have dark gray/black water. Scheduled another appointment on Tuesday, the tech couldn’t make it, the office called ahead and rescheduled on Wednesday. Hunter took apart the unit and reinstalled all the filtration parts, basically rebuilt the unit, now it runs like new. Problem solved and we have soft water now.

Common questions about water softeners in Gilbert

How hard is the water in Gilbert?

Gilbert water hardness averages 18-22 GPG, sourced from srp/cap blend + reclaimed. This is significantly harder than the national average of 6 GPG, meaning scale buildup, dry skin, and appliance damage are common without treatment.

Do you serve Gilbert?

Yes — Gilbert is within our Phoenix metro service area. Our nearest location is in Mesa. We offer free in-home water testing and same-week installation in most cases.

How much does a water softener cost in Gilbert?

Water softeners for Gilbert homes start at $1,945. Our three most-installed systems are Olympus On-Demand from $1,945, Sanitech Pro-Line from $2,645, Pantora Dual-Stage from $4,145. Most Gilbert homes need a 48K or 64K grain system depending on household size and hardness (18-22 GPG here); sizing on our entry system runs 32K from $1,945, 48K from $2,145, 64K from $2,345. We confirm the right size with a free in-home water test. Every softener is backed by a 10-Year Part & Labor Warranty. Installation is quoted separately and starts at $250 for a standard installation to an existing softener loop. 0% APR financing for 9 months is available.

How long does water softener installation take in Gilbert?

Most Gilbert installations are finished in a single visit — a few hours when the home already has a softener loop, longer when we need to run a new line. We confirm the scope during your free in-home water test so there are no surprises on install day.

Does my Gilbert home need a softener loop?

Many newer Gilbert homes are pre-plumbed with a softener loop, which makes installation faster and less expensive. Older homes without a loop need a full line run to the main. We quote both options up front — see our loop vs. full-line guide for what to expect.

Is a salt-free conditioner a good option in Gilbert?

At 18-22 GPG, Gilbert water is hard enough that most homeowners want true softening. Salt-free conditioners reduce scale without removing hardness minerals, so they fit homes on septic or anywhere brine discharge is a concern. We recommend one or the other based on your water test, not a sales quota.

What maintenance does a water softener need in Gilbert?

Mainly salt. Our Smart Salt Delivery program monitors your brine tank and delivers salt automatically, and our technicians service systems across Gilbert and the Phoenix metro. Beyond salt, a properly sized system needs very little attention.

Do you offer financing on water softeners in Gilbert?
