Hiring process

What happens after you apply

We try to keep the process short and respectful of your time.

    We review every application personally. You'll hear back within 3-5 business days whether we want to move forward.

    A 15-20 minute call to talk through your experience and what you're looking for — and a chance for you to ask us anything.

    3. In-person interview

    Come meet the team. We'll show you a truck, walk you through how we work in the field, and answer any questions about benefits and growth.

    4. Reference check + offer

    If we're both excited, we'll do a quick reference check and get an offer to you within 48 hours.
