Explained what he would do and even took the time to clean after he completed job. This is appropriated as other business leave and don’t bother to leave site as they found it.

My reverse osmosis needed to be replaced. Clearwater had been changing the cartridges in the RO system, and when I called, they came out to inspect, and recommended a new unit based on the current condition of mine. I got a quote right away with discounts that they applied because I’ve been their customer in the past. The work then got scheduled. Mike showed up right on time and completed the installation in no time at all, very professional he was. Cleaned up after himself and put it in a position under the sink that made the area more usable. I was very happy and satisfied with the work that was done. And definitely recommend Clearwater.

Michael the tech was a little behind on arrival time but not his fault. Called to let me know that they had dispatched to a different address as i live in Rancho Sahuarita. When he arrived he explained the process of installing the equipment and got right to work. Michael did an excellent job explained how the Softener and the RO system worked . Thank you Michael and Clear Water Concepts for your excellent service and thank you Kyle for recommending this new system.

Common questions about reverse osmosis in Vail

How hard is the water in Vail?

Vail water hardness averages 12-20 GPG, sourced from vail water co. groundwater wells (upper santa cruz basin). This is significantly harder than the national average of 6 GPG, meaning scale buildup, dry skin, and appliance damage are common without treatment.

Do you serve Vail?

Yes — Vail is within our Tucson metro service area. Our nearest location is in Tucson. We offer free in-home water testing and same-week installation in most cases.

How much does a reverse osmosis system cost in Vail?

Our Thirst RO systems start at $795 for the standard 5-stage system and $995 for the RO+ with alkaline remineralization. Professional installation is included. Pair with a water softener and save $450 with our bundle deal. 0% APR financing is available for 9 months.

Do I still need reverse osmosis if I have a water softener?

Yes, for drinking water. A softener removes hardness so your pipes and appliances last, but it does not remove dissolved solids, chlorine, or other contaminants. Reverse osmosis handles the water you drink and cook with — most Vail homes pair both, and the bundle saves $450.

What does reverse osmosis remove from Vail water?

Vail tap water contains Hardness, TDS, sodium. A Thirst RO system removes 90%+ of dissolved solids and contaminants, and the RO+ model adds alkaline remineralization for better-tasting water.

Where does a reverse osmosis system install?

Under the kitchen sink, with its own dedicated faucet at the counter. Professional installation is included with every RO system we sell in Vail.

How often do RO filters need to be changed in Vail?

Arizona's high dissolved-solids water works filters harder than the national average. Pre-filters are typically replaced yearly and the membrane every few years — we set a schedule based on your Vail water and household usage.

Do you offer financing on reverse osmosis systems in Vail?

Yes — 0% APR financing for 9 months applies to reverse osmosis systems installed in Vail, and pairing RO with a water softener saves $450.
