What Mesa Homeowners Say

Reviews from your neighbors in Mesa

We had an excellent experience with Ted Rhude from Clear Water Concepts installing our water softener and RO system. From start to finish, Ted was professional, honest, knowledgeable, and incredibly detail-oriented. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explained how everything works, and made sure the installation was done perfectly and cleanly. The difference in our water quality has been amazing already — softer water, better tasting drinking water, and overall a huge improvement for our home. It’s clear Ted truly cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. If you’re considering a water softener or reverse osmosis system, I highly recommend Ted and Clear Water Concepts. Outstanding service all around!

Upgraded our RO system to a new Thrive model that produces Alkaline water. No more hauling cases of water from the store. Kyle was great at quoting the right system and getting it set up for us. Very happy with this decisión.

Had the pleasure of having Kyle Resendez come over and help me figure out the household needs for a softener and RO system. He was honest and gave me details about every option I had. Install day: Ted Rhude and Jace Rhude came to knock out the install on both of my systems. They did it efficiently and professionally. They were very knowledgeable and taught me a few things about the system and how it all works. Very happy with service and the product so far. Will call you guys in the future if I need anything fix, changed, or updated. San Tan Valley. Give those guys more money! 😄
