Catalina Foothills Reverse Osmosis Systems

“I recently had Clear Water Concepts install a whole house soft water system as well as a reverse osmosis system in our kitchen. They have excellent communication, explained my options and answered all of my questions and have been very professional at all times. It has been a very good experience. Moses has been my contact person. If he can’t answer the phone he has always returned my phone calls promptly. On the days of install, it has gone smoothly. They arrive promptly and leave the area clean.”

“Mike serviced my reverse osmosis and water filtration system and did a very thorough job. I was very satisfied and would highly recommend Clear Water Concepts to my neighbors in Green Valley where the water can be very hard on a water heater due to sediment buildup. When I had my water heater flushed for the first time in 6 years, the technician told me that the water filtration system made all the difference in avoiding buildup and prolonging the life of the heater.”

“Mike H. came out to install our RO system and check on our softener. He really knows his stuff! Plus, he’s just nice and was on time. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.”

“I cannot say enough good things about Clear Water Concepts/Absolute Osmosis! We live in North Tucson, where the water is extremely hard, so we shopped around and looked at several different companies before making our decision. Our sales representative, Moses, was excellent. He took the time to explain all of our options and discuss the different types of systems available on the market so that we could make a truly informed decision. At no time did we feel pressured to purchase anything, unlike some of the other companies we considered. The installation was exceptional as well. If you live in Tucson or surrounding area, ask for Mike as your installer! He has years of experience and took his time to make sure everything was done perfectly. I honestly don't think I've ever seen a plumber use a bubble level before—but Mike made sure every pipe was precisely level and professionally installed. He also carefully sealed any wall penetrations that were necessary and left the work area cleaner than it was when he arrived. After the installation, Mike took the time to thoroughly walk us through both our water softener and reverse osmosis systems to make sure we understood how everything worked. If you are looking for a stress-free experience purchasing and installing a water softener and/or reverse osmosis system, I highly recommend Clear Water Concepts/Absolute Osmosis. From the sales process to the installation, the entire experience was outstanding!”

“My reverse osmosis needed to be replaced. Clearwater had been changing the cartridges in the RO system, and when I called, they came out to inspect, and recommended a new unit based on the current condition of mine. I got a quote right away with discounts that they applied because I’ve been their customer in the past. The work then got scheduled. Mike showed up right on time and completed the installation in no time at all, very professional he was. Cleaned up after himself and put it in a position under the sink that made the area more usable. I was very happy and satisfied with the work that was done. And definitely recommend Clearwater.”

“Michael the tech was a little behind on arrival time but not his fault. Called to let me know that they had dispatched to a different address as i live in Rancho Sahuarita. When he arrived he explained the process of installing the equipment and got right to work. Michael did an excellent job explained how the Softener and the RO system worked . Thank you Michael and Clear Water Concepts for your excellent service and thank you Kyle for recommending this new system.”

“Located in Green Valley, we had Moses come out and service our RO system. Explained everything and very open and business like Thank you. Dan”
