If you live in Tucson or surrounding area, ask for Mike as your installer! He has years of experience and took his time to make sure everything was done perfectly. I honestly don't think I've ever seen a plumber use a bubble level before—but Mike made sure every pipe was precisely level and professionally installed. He also carefully sealed any wall penetrations that were necessary and left the work area cleaner than it was when he arrived. After the installation, Mike took the time to thoroughly walk us through both our water softener and reverse osmosis systems to make sure we understood how everything worked. Clearwater had been changing the cartridges in the RO system, and when I called, they came out to inspect, and recommended a new unit based on the current condition of mine. I got a quote right away with discounts that they applied because I’ve been their customer in the past. The work then got scheduled.
