Mesa, AZ Full-Time $38K–$42K + benefits
Clear Water Concepts is hiring a Customer Support & Dispatch specialist. This is a full-time, in-office position based at our Mesa, AZ office. You'll be the first point of contact for customers — answering inbound calls, scheduling service appointments, dispatching our field technicians, and making sure every customer feels heard. We've built a 5-star reputation on honest service, and you'll be the team member who sets the tone for every interaction.
What you'll do
- Answer inbound calls from new and existing customers; provide friendly, knowledgeable support
- Schedule installation, service, and maintenance appointments using our dispatch software
- Route field technicians efficiently — match the right tech to the right job based on skills and location
- Coordinate with the field team via phone, text, and our internal systems
- Follow up with customers after service to confirm satisfaction and gather feedback
- Help process basic paperwork, intake new leads, and keep customer records accurate
What you'll need
- Available to work in-office at our Mesa, AZ location (this is not a remote position)
- 2+ years of customer service or dispatch experience (required)
- Strong phone presence and clear written communication
- Comfortable with multitasking — calls, scheduling software, and team chat at the same time
- Reliability, attention to detail, and a problem-solver attitude
- Experience with ServiceTitan is a bonus but not required — we'll train you on our dispatch system
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus but not required
